HELP (airbag problems)

What's up fam,

This morning I went to pop my car up and for some reason my front bags didn't go up. I continued to play around with it. It seems to be almost unresponsive. The rear works completely fine and is very smooth. I eventually got the front up however I noticed that it started to go up only when my tank was reaching full (I'm assuming higher pressures in the lines). I was thinking maybe something is blocking the inside of the line but don't know where anything could enter it. I also thought it could be a switch, however with it working better with a full tank as opposed to less air pressure I'm assuming it has to do with the lines. I also realized that when I turned on my compressors the front started going up automatically when reaching higher pressures.

Any ideas or suggestions?

I think you should post some more info on your car/setup to make troubleshooting easier...

1) What kind of air suspension system do you have? Airrunner? UAS? Ksport?
2) Do you have manual switches/valves or electric switches/valves?
3) How many compressors, tanks, what size line?
4) What pressure switch/tank pressure do you run?

Actually your problem sounds perfectly normal, if your tank was low on air. By low I mean less than say 130psi... The front of the car is really heavy compared to the rear, so you typically need much more pressure in the tank to lift the front. But the back will raise like nothing with low pressure in the tank... This has always been a problem with my setup on my LS, and the puny Airrunner compressor just couldn't fill the tank to a high enough pressure. I think my setup requires about 130-140psi to lift the front of the car comfortably. While the nose is laying on the floor due to lack of pressure, the rear will raise up just fine (it is so light in comparison). So annoying having to sit there in park, listening to the air compressor for 5-10 minutes while the tank regens, hope you're not running late or it's SUPER FRUSTRATING..... Do you have a gauge on your tank?

I just upgraded my compressor and now run ~180psi in the tank, the front lifts up great now on a full tank... Compressor also fills the tank much quicker... If this happens to you frequently you might wanna upgrade your compressor and/or pressure switch and run a higher tank pressure!

As for your lines being blocked... Probably not, but  do you have an inline air dryer installed between the comp outlet and the tank inlet? If not, your tanks will slowly fill with water/moisture, which will rust the inside of the tank. Sometimes this rusty crap gets inside your fittings and lines and cause flow problems. If you have had your system installed for a while you might want to take it apart and inspect/clean the fittings and hoses near the tank. I just did this on my system the other night and was amazed at how much garbage was in the fittings and tanks! It was really horrible, nasty shit, and the one braided steel hose that connects the two tanks together was almost COMPLETELY sealed shut with this shit.
