He deserved that, the only thing I would be worried about is the skater needs to watch his back now as the other guy will most likely get his "homies" to do the dirty work for him. Unless they show this vid to a cop and get the guy arrested...can they charge him with assault with a deadly weapon?

That was hilarious with him holding the gun 3 inched from his face , I wish he had shot it because the gun flare would have blinded him and burned him since he never looked like he used one before and still would have missed at 3 feet..
Skater dude should of "finished the job". Even if the guy was put in Jail he will come back to finish the job. I agree with Pagong he will have to keep watching his back. While working at a shooting range, I received training and was certified in both Hand Gun and Rifle Operation. Our Instructor told us of a story of how a Thief broke into this person's house, the home owner had a gun and shot the gun. The home owner did not want to kill the guy and only shot to wound the thief. The thief came back to Sue the and his arguement was because he was shot he is no longer able to do his occupation (Stealing from people) but that information was not allowed to be used in the Court. Basically the Home Owner had to pay Restitution to the Thief. How F^%$ed up is that. The Courts be protecting the Thieves and not the Good Citizens. Moral of the story......."Finish the Job".
