I got my Nissan Cube

I traded in my 1995 Previa S/C, got the $4500 (Cash for Clunkers), and pick up my Nissan Cube kome edition.

I still love the Egg.  I took off all my parts before I trading in my Previa DX S/C.  If I have chance to get another one, I will buy the one with the sunroof and put everything back.

I like my new ride.  It is so roomy inside.  Even though it has only 1.8 engine.  It still give u very good power.  And the ride runs really smooth.  I will post some pictures later!

I am looking for some VIP 16" rims for my new ride.  Any suggestion?

Care to know what they did to your Previa?  Because my friend is a mechanic dealing with those cars, and he let me in on the "secret".


It involves them draining all of the oil out of the engine, then filling it with silica salt and revving the engine until it pops.  Basically, they rendered your Previa useless to anyone else.  They'll proceed to cut the car up into chunks to be either recycled or thrown away.

So you defected to the Nissan Camp huh(I came over from the Nissan Camp LOL)?  Glad that you like your new ride.  From the sounds of it(rendered the Previa useless to anyone), you made a great call by trading the Egg in.

Looking forward in seeing this Cube come together.  The Cube has crossed my mind but I just can't get past that rear window.

whoa the model you have looks way different than the standard cube that my neighbor has. you got a head on front end shot?

maybe this car can't get a huge lip. I can't say I've seen moderatley built Cubes with huge dish honestly. most have monoblocks...think about it.

any news?  My cube is having to stay stock till the economy gets off the toilet.

I went for a drive in one a few mts ago and its actually very roomy ..i wish they came in 4WD ..that would be great for snow ..

Yet again the US market got screwed.  In Japan there is a tight bench seat in the front and a 4WD option.  I'm sure that's not all but I don't understand why they have to dumb cars down so much before they get to our shores.
