sensor question.....

dotn know if its in the wrng place i was gonna do it in the euro section ...if it is plz move it mods.

problem :
i hate the stock navi 2in screen that it came with .. I want to do a custom set-up could be double din or maybe a 10in screen ... the car has sensors around it, I guess for parkin and what not ... if I take out the stock unit will or is there a way i can make the sensors still work??
