........I am different and I don't follow the norm of VIPStyleCars or Clublexus , I go my own route and do all my own work...so keep watching and I will be installing them as soon as I fabricate the brackets and wire harnesses.

That's the cutoff from the reflector correct? Which projector will you be using? TSX, S2K, TL, Q45,...

I carried a template of my headlight in my car for over two years and when I saw a similar shape headlight on a parked car I would place it on top of light...Then I found the Jetta and it was very close ...A guy at work has a Jetta so he open the hood and I took measurements and measured the degrees as it sets in the car...............and one day I drove by a body shop that had a smashed up Jetta and they gave me the stock Jetta headlight...........

Re: 2nd gen LS Projector Conversion

I suggest you switch out that stock projector that comes with that headlight, the cutoff is weak...

Nice progress so far, a nice set of projectors in there with HID's would make it look :coolsmiley:

Re: 2nd gen LS Projector Conversion

yeah...run with some other projectors, find some that are close/same size as the projectors you have in there. s2k/tsx(TL)/LS430 projectors are your best bet. if you can get the whole projector/housing then all you need to do is ask for some d2s bulbs when you order your HID kits. go with 4300k as it will give you the whitest lightoutput, yet the cutoff shields will give you that blue hue from faraway.
