VIP Inspired SUVs

Big sedans are comfortable, but man SUVs are even better! Why haven't people done up any SUVs in the VIP style? I know most people now (in America anyway) either turn their SUVs into offroad monsters or DUB them out and make them look all urban.

To me the Lexus SUVs, the Infiniti FX (no to the Q, too big man!), the Cadillac Escalade, Chevy Tahoe, Mercedes GL/ML etc. would be awesome on air with VIP style interiors. No 22s or anything, some nice 19s or 20s looking flush would be great. 

Just a "what if..." scenario to start some conversation on here:biggthumpup:

 I saw a clean Infinity FX...don't know if I'd call it "VIP" maybe "VIPinspired"
but it was FREEEEEEEEESH!!!

there has been a few done...and i think on a suv 19's and 20's almost look to small.....
just dont worry about if its in a certain catagory just make sure its clean and well put together..

Now the ultimate question...

Japan makes great sedans, but America makes great SUVs. So what would VIPSUV Platforms be American or Japanese? haha. Would the SUVs be their own entirely new style or a subset of Japanese VIP culture (like the Scions).

Side note: Would be pretty cool to see an Escalade or Tahoe done up in Junction Produce stuff.

what GREAT SUV's do americans make???  The escalade is average at best and the rest are just glorified trucks....but that all most SUV's are and that is one reason why they aren't very VIP...  Also, how can the QX45 be too big yet you include those huge monstrocities Tahoe and escalade??

Well the QX and Armada won't be around after 2012, and the QX/Armada IS larger than the Tahoe...albeit not by much. No need to get hostile, this is just friendly conversation...

Infiniti FX...haven't seen kits or anything for it, people seem to make more stuff for the Murano ....maybe it should be on the list too

haha my thoughts exactly. if anything the qx56 would look 10 times better "VIP'D". but the U.S version of VIP SUVs have bullet proof glass or are bomb proof and usually hold government officials. :biggthumpup: i think thats pretty damn VIP to me. Especially when theres like 10 of them in a row.  haha. :shrug:

lol @ 2012 and Mayan calendar but I think a SUV Body Dropped like how you see Pickups out iN cali would look sick if it had pulled fenders and deep wheels. I can imagine that done to a FX or a QX would look sick if pulled off right with the correct wheels. Just 20's would look small on a QX cause they come with 20's and look small those wheel wells look like they can fit 28's

its the same car just resprayed.. yah its twin turbo.  i believe he swapped in a 350z motor into it to turbo charge it.. full chromed engine bay.. its nuts.

Thank you for postin that blue one I was gonna try to find it and post it myself. I saw it in rides a month or two after Agi got his cover. It is all done up and if it were black  or white I think all would agree it is VIP or very VIPstyled.

obviously you can't talk SUV's with out bring up the Flex that was just built

Those FX's are dope but still just cars with rims.  

I think some people are really missing what VIP style is about.

very nice build i remember i saw this car at some car shows very well build... 
but  correct me if im wrong arent infiniti's FX considered a CROSS-OVER??

They come with the VQ35de stock. Same motor as 350z. Just turbo charged it.

But yea I would love to own and Land Cruiser on the side to my LS. Not so much as a "VIP SUV" but more of a support vehicle. Rugged as fuck
