Coilovers for 06 M35

So i sold my 2000 Lexus GS300 and picked up an 06 Infiniti M35 Sport. I am very pleased with my decision. My M is completely loaded, from lane departue detection to he dvd/journey and technology package. 
 
I have decided that I want to drop it with coilovers and space out my stock wheels and call it a day. I am currently shopping for coilovers but do not want to pay full price. Here's what I've found.
 
I would like to purchase the Megan Racing coilovers for the M and new and shipped I have found them for $915.00, which is overall and great deal. BUt my question is, does anyone have used coilovers or know of anywhere/anyone that i can buy used coilovers for my 06 M from?

Check out BC racing alot of infiniti guys run them on they're G'S & M'S.

I heard the Megan's have some reliability issues, and I wouldn't ride them.  Check out the BC's they're better and still around the same price.
 
If you want a recommendation, you should consider the JICs or Teins.

Check the VSC vendors. They can get them for you with minimal wait time.

WELCOME to the NISSAN side of things hope you don't find it as hard as what i am facing with my frist generation M .

BC and Megan...same thing. Only difference is the BC uses a couple parts that are a little better than Megans.  I know of people that will vouch for the Megans and some that literally would not take them if they were free.

I guess it depends on who you ask and their use for them.  If you want to get low, the Megans will work. I dont know if like the G they have a track or street series, but if they do, the track doesn't go as low, but is stiffer with 14/12 kg sping rates.

Buddy of mine got the track on his G and he likes it and on the softest setting he said its pretty stiff.

I guess it all depends on what you want...a soft or stiff ride. I wouldn't cheap out though, if there are other options for a few hundred more, I'd consider them if they offer better quality. Trust me, it's not worth going through multiple suspension setups...you end up spending alot more in the future than you would doing it right the 1st time.

i dont drive a m35 so i can speak for the specific reliability of the megan coilovers for your car, but i can vouche for their coils in general.  I have been using megans on my TL for about a year now and am completely satisfied and will recommend them to anyone.  I would say they are better than tien ss.  drops lower, 16 levels of adjustable dampening, and i have no quality issues yet.  just something to keep in mind.

Thats a good review... I've heard plenty of people complain about their prodcuts but never heard anything from a user.
 
The "price justifies the quality" is everyone's vote which isn't entirely fair.  (Which I must admit, included me until now)

Dude Congrats on the new whip.  But I know people who run Megan LP Coilovers on their Ls430's, Ls400's, SC's and Supra's.  And I get the same response for them is the "best money they could have spent..." Their is a track version and then their is a Luxury Performance version of it.  I am looking into ordering those for my SC300...:biggthumpup:

I can only speak of megans from what i've heard abouth them on S-chassis.
 
They are hit and miss.  Some people have had good experiences, others not so good.  They do go low, but ride quality was harsh.  I've ridden in several cars with them, was not anything to write home about.  I've seen the pics of thier RUCAS which were not even welded completely.  That is scary.  
 
If it were me, I would rather spend more on a higher quality product.
