"We are sorry to inform the church and the people that the Executive Minister of the Iglesia Ni Cristo, Brother Erano G. Manalo, has been laid to rest with God. He passed away in his home yesterday August 31, 2009 at the age of 84.
Basically what that means for our religion is that the head minister (like the pope for catholics) has passed away.
