[SIZE=2]The battle between Afeni Shakur’s Amaru Entertainment and film company Morgan Creek Productions rages on over the making of a bio-pic about rapper Tupac Shakur. [/SIZE]

[SIZE=2]The two companies are locked in litigation over a movie on the life of Tupac Shakur. In a lawsuit filed last February, Morgan Creek accused Amaru of breaching a contract to produce a movie about Shakur, who was gunned down on the Las Vegas strip in September of 1996. Amaru filed a cross-complaint against Morgan Creek, claiming the production company interfered with other potential deals for the movie.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=2] Lawyers claim that Morgan Creek attempted to block other interested film companies from being involved in the film, by claiming to have exclusive rights to produce the untitled flick. "Morgan Creek has a history of bullying people into giving them rights they did not acquire. [B]This time, they picked on the wrong people[/B]," said Skip Miller of Miller Barondess, LLP in Los Angeles, attorney for Amaru Entertainment. [/SIZE]

[COLOR=#dbdbdb][FONT=Verdana]Speaking of TuPac look a likes...I played a Black Panther (revolutionary) in the video "I Wonder If Heaven Got a Ghetto" and the TuPac look a like was identical. He was flown in from Ohio for the video. His name was Pablo or Pancho or something like thaat... its been so long ago, but TuPac was already deceased at the time so they used a look alike and......wow. I also met Afeni Shakur in here assigned trailer on the set along with some real life Panthers from the 70's. Afeni looked at me and said, "WOW.. You look exactly like one of the guys from the panthers back in the day" Talk about a rush. I have pictures, but they are all on polaroid...LOL[/FONT][/COLOR]
