For some reason most of the tracks I'm not really "feelin". It might be one of those let it grow on you albums.
FUCK GO THE FUCK AWAY JAY-z your time was 5 years ago
Wow, I finally agree with something this guy said!? hahaha Yeah, Jay sold out a couple albums ago. I haven't listened to this one but everyone I know says it's commercial Hip Hop at it's best. The Raekwon is smashing though!!! Best of the year so far... IMO
The Blueprint 3 is okay but that Raekwon is definitely something to look forward to. What do you guys think of that new Beanie Sigel?
Ok so i've been checking out the Blueprint 3 album and I think the only track I really have on repeat in the car is "Empire State of Mind". I just downloaded the Raekwon album, but really just skimmed the tracks, I have to listen to it again to get a feel for it, but I think I'm a little biased and know it won't be anything like his "Purple Tape".
raekwons album is better than the blueprint but not great. to me empire state of mind and on to the next one (tracks 5 n 7) are the only ones worth listening to. both were disappointing to me personally. i should just stop looking forward to albums. i think the hype kills it.
