fitment and tire selection help please

i'm trying to fit 18x9.5 + 14 and 18x10.5 +21 wheels on my s13 with ONLY rolled fenders. ideally, i would like to tuck tire by only stretched tires and negative camber and no pulling of the fenders. this is because I really don't want to risk f-ing up my fenders when my paint is fairly new and I rarely drive the car (once a week) so extreme negative camber won't burn up my tires as quickly.

i know a 225/40 will work up front, but a 215/40 would definately give me more clearance. In the back, 235/40 would be the common size to run, but I think that a 225/40 would make it alot easier for me to achieve my goals right?

but, would the smaller tire sizes be overly stretched and unnecessary?

sorry that this isn't really VIP related in terms of platform, but I know a lot of you guys have come from 240s and I know a lot of you guys know whatsup with stetching tires and fitment.
