Good deal for this LS430

I been looking for a LS and bump into what i was looking for a white or black LS with black interior. I ran into this.. 2005 LS430 with 67k miles for 20k. This is a good deal? LS guys help out...

I say way to good of a deal ! damn thats awesome they are 21500 for a 04 with 78k with tune up needed
