My engine is dead...

Hey guys.. bad new for the cedric the egine is now blown for poor maintenance from the past owner... 

here is my probleme, the VG30 engine version in the cedric was never produced here.. i was wondering if the 300zx version of the VG30 would be a good replacement and if there is any issues fitment wise with the twin turbo version?

What is blown on the engine? Maybe you can use the block from a 300ZX with your heads? AFAIK the double intake on the 300zx model would be pushing it on our cars.
 
 
When i bought my car i had to look for an engine too; but i was lucky and found a secondhand VG30DE (my exact engine). The turbo variant was much easier to find and i regret not going that direction. Alot of the parts importers bring them in for conversions (single turbo engines are cheap/plentiful in Japan).
