FS: Custom Work VS-XX
I am having a nightmare of a time selling my acura, so im just going to part it out. I have these wheels with maybe 3000 miles on them total. The rear wheels and front centers were custom ordered new from work, the front barrels were used off a car with about 6 months of use.
There are no serious cosmetic blemishes AT ALL. The only thing these wheels lack is 2 rivets on one of the wheels cause the powder coater lost them when they were disassembled.
professionally powder coated black wrinkle, lips powder coated anodized gold. Not a cheap ass job, they will hold up for ages! I will get the buyer powder info so if they ever are damaged, you can fix them and they match.
The specs on these wheels are oddball....
They started out a pair of 19x8.5 ultra low disc +45mm offset barrels with brand new ultra low disc centers.. I then ordered a brand new pair of rear wheels 19x9 -4mm offset high disc. I swapped the high disc centers to the front +45mm barrels, and the low disc centers to the rear -4mm barrels.
Ive been told these are now 19x9+17 ultra low disc rears, but am unsure of what the fronts are now offset wise? Anyone with info on this would be greatly appreciated.
They have 225 35 19 fk452 tires all around.
They also have extended BLOX gold anodized lug nuts.
I have like 600 alone in the finishing on these wheels and paid 1300 for just the rear wheels 3000 miles ago.. I have had these for a while, but i literally NEVER drive this car, its just a conversation piece in my garage thats worn out its welcome.
Id like to get 2500 shipped (within reason, if its going to Hawaii, or its like 500 worth of freight its on you) out of them with 6 tires, 4 wheels, and the lug nuts. I have a commercial UPS freight account i get 80% off with that i can use to ship them professionally shrink wrapped on a skid and insured.

Gorgeous set of wheels. The finish makes them very unique so only very specific buyer will pick these up.
Also, you need to figure out the front offset. Noone's gonna drop that kind of cash not knowing if the fronts will fit.
GLWS! If I had an IS instead of an LS I would be very very intersted.

19x8.5 +24mm
19x9 +17mm
Ive been told by a few and work wheels the centers are 21mm difference from low disc to high disc. With that in theroy, when i switched centers from the front to the rear, the -4mm added 21mm to become a +17, and the front +45mm's lost 21mm to become a +24... Trying to verify first..
I will know for sure soon.. If thats the case, what kind of cars would these fit well out of curiosity?

dude i cant sell the car even for 7500.00 as it sets... ZERO interest.
Its got like 7500 in reciepts for just the wheels and some of the suspension..
I took the kit off it, and the wheels and some other items and cant even sell the car for 4700 with nsx brakes and like 3k in 2800mile old suspension parts.

Man, i never expected to get this much love here.
Heres whats next if i can sell this somehow...
pounded, eliminate anything on the car thats chrome and make it all monochrome gloss black instead. tick polluter cam(monster cam will lope at idle big time), ported heads, headers, full exhaust, wheelspeed progressive 150 shot nitrous kit. so around 600-650whp
18x10, 18x10.5 ccw classics, black wrinkle centers, gloss black lips..
Even the ccw guy is telling me "those will not fit the cts-v brakes or fenders"

It was really amazing to me no ones interested on this TL. 99% of the people in cincinnati into cars think flush wheels are "mexican" or some hillbilly nonsense. I guess its just simply too hard for them to understand since they build weak cars anyways.
This car was even 100% approved by the chief editor of superstreet magazine for a feature, that i was willing to pass onto the new owner.. still NOT ONE bite at 7500.

Are you sure your original specs shown below are correct? The 19 X 8.5 doesn’t check out as an O-Disk, +45 only exist in A-Disk.
After you swap the center disk and leaving the barrel configuration the same, your final sizing specs are:
19 X 8.5 +28 R-Disk
19 X 9.0 +13 A-Disk
Here is the formula:
Original 19 X 8.5 +45 A-Disk uses 47mm outer lip with type E inner barrel by switching from A-Disk to R-Disk you have the same width, but offset change to +28, not +24.
Original 19 X 9.0 -4 R-Disk uses 84mm outer lip with type C inner barrel by switching from R-Disk to A-Disk you have the same width, but offset change to +13, not +17
If somehow some way the O-Disk was shaved, then it is possible you have +45 O, this is because +42 was offered and some has taken +42 and shaved down 3mm to make it a +45. In this case, then this wheel will be. 19 X 9.0 +26 O-Disk after the switch. As original 19 X 8.5 +42 O-Disk use 59mm outer rim lip and type D inner barrel.

the outer barrels are gold. The inner ones are not. There is no real purpose imo to do anything with the inner barrel. Its unfinished and is never seen.
You cant flip the inside barrel to the outside edge, its unfinished and would look like garbage.
You could swap the barrels from rear to front and you would have a 19x8.5 +45 and 19x9 -4mm set of wheels.

even if the inside barrels were powder coated, the lip is not polished, the edge is not rolled, and its just plain and simple an unfinished inside barrel. I understand these are not the correct fitment for a q45 though that totally makes sense. I guess i just dont understand what you are talking about doing. theres 3 pieces to the wheel. the polished rolled outside cosmetic lip, the inside unfinished beveled unpolished lip. and the face of the wheel....
see one side is polished, the other side is powder coated silver from work...even if you flipped the lips around, the inside lip would look like dog doo. It would have a huge bevel on it, it would be raw silver powder coat, and then you would have like a -70mm offset.

id say these are probably a bit over priced in this economy...plus those offsets are RELATIVELY weak for the "VIP" community. glws tho, still think these rims are bad ass. id recommend selling em for closer to 2k
