Wsup yall!Question about HI safety

How do yall pass the safety? Get a recon or somethin?
I got to HI mid July and couldnt get my civic inspected cause it was on coilovers.
Well anyways wsup yall!=)

just put the stock parts back on the car .. thats what I do. 
like exhaust i usualy keep the old one, or with my buddy that does inspections
