it doesnt get much better than schmidts barrels. I had the 3 peice modern lines on my old gti, and Tracer Tech 2's (which used the radinox barrels) and they were tough as nails and beautiful.

I own a set of VN lines 18x10, 18x8, great wheels

drifted on them for 1 season, no complaints here

that video of them driving on the rim is crazy!!! :idiot2: Love how she lit a cigarette on them afterwards :2funny:

Any way we could just use their barrels on the face designs that we prefer? Anything structurally wrong with this idea?

That should be alright, the face doesnt take very much abuse compaired to the barrel

those are some hardcore wheels, burning out without tires... :o

I thought "Crub Killers Hardcore" was a Japanese 'japlish' car club name. As in "Club Killers Hardcore" (i said it to myself with a Japanese accent), and that they had released some wheels. I wondered why it was a german link, then i thought [i]maybe they are showing off with a european website, to be, you know... All euro style VIP or something like that?[/i]

FINALLY it just clicked to me that it was meant to be "CURB KILLERS! Harcore wheels!"

I'm still going to think of these as Kurabbu Kirraas :P

I had VN Lines on a older Audi (before the radinox lips)
3-piece Modern Lines on a gti.

how much? how were they in person? etc...

a set of 16" schmidts will run you about $2500-3000. the Tracers were 17" and they set be back about $3200. the radinox lips are straight up beautiful. the shine of good chrome but the strentgh of stainless steel.

17" for $3200, is that just the barrels?

How much would 19" inner/outer barrel x4 cost?

Are those heavy?

they arent heavy, but they arent fikse light either. like your average 3-piece wheel, but seriously high quality.

i think this should be the next obvious step for other wheel companies to follow....imagine no more curb rash.

no more curb rash wheels can be done, but how much more are you willing to fork out? Thats a really expensive process.
