Can anyone identify these wheels?

i got these wheels but i dont know who makes them.
they are 3 piece tho
lips are chromed too

it doesnt say it on the back?

nah. the rear barrels are polished so nothing is there

nah... look how the bolts go all the way around on these. i swear i stumbled across em but never again since then.

yea on the bersaglio's and lowenharts, the bolts stop where the spoke goes in.
my wheels have the bolts going all the way around.
