Couple of new shots w/ wings & 2.5" tips

I havent posted new pics up on VSC of my car for ages. I put these (and others along the way) on CL so some of you will have seen them there, but those guys are nicer over there whereas you guys over here are harsher! haha :thelaw:
 
But, i am my own worst critic & a real perfectionist so i figured there isnt much you could say i wouldnt have noticed and already felt myself! :)
 
Since i last put pics on here i've lowered it so the Insurance Group coilovers are maxed out, added some harder springs (10/6 -> 12/8), clear side markers, Inspection Duce roof wing, Butterfly System Glanz Type 2 boot lip, and custom 2.5" dual tips to the mufflers.
 
Since its daily and so on i guess ive gone a bit more EXE than true VIP, but it has a reasonable presence on the road these days. Next is a few more interior bits, then maybe a TTE Lip.

clean  ride ... but i don't dig the crome pillars that much on a red car ..some thing about BLK NO RED is wild ..vs CRM

I love red and dont post much, but those muffler tips got to go. They look soo small. To me it belongs on the back of a civic!!!

I like it. The muffler tips could definitely be more aggressive.

im looking for the chrome pillars where did u pick it up if u dont mind me asking.

I have to agree the chrome pillars stand out too much and the tips almost look stock.

I like it man its nice and clean. And the trunk spoiler is very fitting. Overall the car flows really well:biggthumpup:

surprised a bit at the hate for the tips, im happy they give a bit more of an oem look though. we dont get many ricey civics here, and i reckon the 4.1/4" cannons i had on there before look a lot more civic-like than quad tips! i was sort of going the BMW look..
 
i agree i wish they couldve been more aggressive but thats the biggest that can fit in stock spot. These tips arent my 'final product' just more of a step along the way type thing!
 
yes, the chrome pillars, i get within minutes of pulling them off then change my mind! eventually i will probably get them off, i know you all hate them haha

I disagree that your ride is EXE as u stated... I've watch you build this car and love the directions its going. Very tasteful upgrades... more so a OG VIP than the aggressive styling we're coming a custom too. Rarely would I say this, but I wouldn't change anything on this car so far, everything is on point including the M5 inspired exhaust.

You know my thoughts on this, but I like this, the wheels suit it down to a tee, the wings although given you grief have come out looking fantastic! and the exhausts are a big improvement from what you had before.

i think the car flows really well, from color, to wheels, to chrome pillars.  new exhaust and a front lip and i think this car will be complete.

I saw how much money you spent on the "wings" on aus vip and have to say wow! :eek2:
thats alot of money to spend for a car thats on finance but if it floats with you -  go for it... chrome pillars are spoken for already other than that it's definitely headed in the right direction not much I'd do drastically different.
