Yea this is in Richmond. Not too far from where I stay in San Jose. People are sick now a days because some feel its the "cool thing to do" drink and fuck with people. But when you have a young girls life at risk as this was, it becomes out of line. Everyone who has been arrested and those who were just watching should be put in jail for a long time.

Unfortunately, since this happened here in California, the law will be in favor of the suspects instead of the victim. I call BS on the fact that there's no heavier punishment available for situations like this. People of that mindset to go around raping anyone should be prosecuted in a non-humane way. They've already deemed themselves unable to be a productive part of society.... so why keep them around so they can just do it again? Sorry, but mindless acts of violence and assault, trigger me negatively.
