its because your user title is still vip-in-training.  as you post more and what not, you'll get your user title promoted so you can have full access to the site.

Welcome to the site, clean box, I like everything about it exept the tails. The two tone reminds me of when everyone did the same w/ Suburbans (black from the windows up) looks good - solid.
