People have been following my builds. but this is the last one for the Gs. to many times for the show scene I have changed up the look. Esp after gaining info on the fitment too.

But I will see everyone at Norcals weakfest 2010 (February time frame), car should be ready by then .

Locals have seen the change and some at the local bbqs ect. but for the final look, some have heard but hope to surprise you guys.

Thanks, these actually will be 13 mil smaller then the current set in the rear, might even push them out further we'll see soon enough

I will be going to Riteway in Walnut Creek to pick up the barrels and see about the crack in the one. 
call Tomas in San Pablo  and see if I can get the wheels dropped off and welded. 


So Goal tomorrow is to be up and over at the shop asap . get the faces put back on and two front tires mounted. 

With the weird days off at least I can get this much done. and Hope to have the wheels on with in 1 more week tops or find a good welder if that shop isn't available.

Needing to call about the kit and see if late December or early January time frame.

Once picked up test fit, paint and redo fenders smoother and see what new Hid color I choose to change it up to

I know a guy here in the Modesto area that was able to weld Jackson's cracked Fab wheels, he was like the only guy to actually get it to not leak.

Going to reseal them asap and I have pictures should be updated tonight.

Didn't line up easy for me half the bolts went thru and the other half was cursed, had to keep adjusting them all slowly until 3/4 of them were in and them BAM its seated

Ok, Well I have received my rim back from the shop , had a good friend Pavel picking them up

Lucky I had someone message me about the spacers ! Woot Joe ... waiting to hear back from you pimprascal

The last face will be bolted up tonight and the wheels torqued to 20. and tire put on. once I get the spacers added to the car and fitment down then I will post up some photos without the kit until i get it

I have spent so much wasted $$ on other things so we will have to wait just a bit longer.

I called today on the status of the kit but didn't hear back yet. I do hope it comes in pretty soon. ::fingers crossed::, financially not ready for more $$ to drop on the car esp for the remake but the total cost of the new look is about 6373.00 + what ever else pops up. ;\ but since its going out to shows with a bang. worthed in my book

Really? Damn local shops quoted me $30 a wheel to do that. It would be raw with no clear though. You can diamond cut them for $800.

I spend 100 per wheel for the polish on the outters. the lady told me for the outters only. I can imagine the inners but ehh not that big of a deal , I think If i wanted to I can polish them with steel wool and get them ready for polish

one scrape but Nothing big, those 17s look terrible on my whale of a car compared to the s chassie.

I was off my 1 mm for the rear

the rear will be 19x11 -4 haha 

the front will be 19x10 -3 


With the front I was looking at the car tonight and Hmmm I might have to add 1 degree of camber.Maybe,once the spacers arrive in a couple of days I will work it out and see what it looks like. 

Stance should be perfect once done though

Auggy I got off at 730 tonight to find out spacers arrived tonight. finished putting them on in 35 mins and was fitting the fronts. and will take some better pics once I get the rear dialed in. then just got my hair cut 11:30 tonight !

I visited the painter and I have it all scheduled to go into the shop on the 4th of January. and should be done that week. 

getting the fenders in the rear smoothed down aswell and No blending. he is actually going to paint the whole side panel. 

the hood is going to be redone
front bumper,
sides and door caps , and rear and rear slip.

I always wanted that kit but thats when i wasnt ready to shell out the money, now my kit was sold and other parts it gave me room. but yea i still tried to buy it after it was sold.

There are white spots where I asked him to rub the excess glue off the bumper and thats with paint thinner so he will repaint the bonded pieces again. off the car

I cant fellas , Gotta wait at least until Mid week to get the cut and buff, then the chrome strips will go into place for the front and rear bumper and then ! 

Install Fogs 55 watt hid fogs. (gotta order) 

also have a pair of Ls400 front brakes too , just need to get time off 2 days straight and get paint together for those. 

Now I would love to see those powdercoated Gold/Chrome but would need to do the rear aswell

I gotta say I'm missing the old look. I completely understand it must have been a beotch on the daily though.
I dig the new look too, don't get me wrong. Very nice and clean.
I'm feelin' everything but the grill. That vertical bar makes it look too Benz'ish.

to top off an night. One of my compressors Isn't working and I will be trouble shooting tomorrow. 

I do still have one compressor still working but Its on overhaul right now. 

I have messaged AZ and UAS about the solenoids Needing to trouble shoot 

I really hope Its the small things rather than a rebuild on the compressor. 

But If one was seized then I would imagine that like last time I would have blown fuses. or melted them like last time. 

Wish me luck . I have work tomorrow but after work gotta find out whats going on so I can get the car wet sanded Saturday Morning so I can hurry up and get the fog lights in and the chrome strips aswell.

Updates 1-16-2010


Car is back up, 

Last night I tested the solenoid and the compressor and ended up ripping the Az compressor out as it sits in the garage. It is on but Not doing anything. 

Rebuild is needed. the Air system is all sealed up but Not wanting to over load the one compressor so it will stay high. 

The car was dropped off this morning about an hr ago for the wet sand and touchups. 

should get it back today and will get to install the new foglights and the chrome strips. Once that gets done I will look into the rewire diy for the fogs to be on when I want them on. 

Them get some new 55watt 6k hid fogs ordered and look at getting those Ls400 brakes now.

Damn. You rebuilding it yourself, or sending it out???
Glad most of the body work is done
All the work will be well worth it in the end

Well, I was going to take it apart like last time but I sent it out and will do the same for that too. 

I messaged them but did not receive a message or email from them yet. I have taken a pic of the model # and serial number too 

just waiting at this point.

Will those fit with your wheels? You'll need the RCA's too.
 
 
Supra brakes on the other hand....bigger, AND no need for RCA's.

the Ls400 brakes look so much better IMO, and I wont need the RCA's I read a thread where Rmmgs4 explains you can trim the bolt and it wont rub and fit perfectly 

and I have alot of clearance left too

Yeah I saw that....Just don't see how trimming a bolt is safe though lol.

My buddy Andy uses some dupont chrome stuff that and puts in some type of additive to make it more resistant to rock chips..

this is custom , i was quote for the front bumper alone 1300.  and the paint look as it lasted 4 years in 3 weeks ... garbage ...  redone and new pics soon

fogs are in 00000ooooo looks great and the chrome strip should be done soon wanna make sure it dry and add camber to the rear thennn
