How different is the gameplay from modern warfare 1?  Is it just new guns and perks?

almost, they also added something new for your killing streaks. its pretty sick really, 25kills get u a nuke if u unlock it lol.

That sounds kinda cool.  I'll have to start saving up for a 360 again.  I should never have tossed mine out the balcony after getting the RROD.

I hated the helicopter in deathmatch I thought that was whack as shit.

Did they do something about the gun classes yet?  7-8 weapon choices and all restricted to classes got booooooring*

theres like 4-5 presets and 4-6 custom classes. i dont know the number off the top of my head.

But then again I dont play video games.

spec ops, team deathmatch, whatev.

Everybody talked it up so much but the game is only OK.  Spec ops missions are WAY too quick.  The customizing guns in deathmatch is a joke. You can only pic 1 upgrade?? It's cool to see the AUG H-Bar, Kriss, and the LSW in the game but wasn't very impressed. I guess I burned out on modern warfare 1.

If you use the Bling Perk, you can have 2 attachments.  If you have Bling Pro, then your side arm can have 2 attachments as well.

Exactly. Just got that perk last night. The only thing I hate is the freaking melee. You get those people who just run around knifing people. My favorite weapon to use is the M4A1.

marathonpro+lightweightpro+commandopro+.44/tactical knife= the whole other team is gonna be left leakin at least twice each. :runcoold:  can sprint up ladders, shank someone at the top and jump off and run away or shank someone on the bottom all in 3.2 seconds.

lol I love marathon and lightweight. Gets me to the hot zones fast.

Anybody got a favorite map? Right now I would have to say the one wit the subs. I always get a lot of kills there.

I like the office highrise map. Either lots of really close kills, ambushes, or long range firefights.  And you don't have to run around a ton looking for people. I love the Kriss (called Vector in COD?) and that PP2200 that thing is little beast.

Also they borrowed  some ideas from the game "BLACK" for Xbox to the point where I would say they are "black style" ;P

Not saying this cause Caoboy is my bro. But Play Station pretty top of the line. The blue ray is nice, the controller is nice, I can't play with a huge 360 controller, we don't have to pay for internet, there is little or no lag, unless your internet sucks really bad. I have played both systems and have to say that the graphics looks better on the ps3. I haven't played the 360 on HD. I've played the ps3 on HD a couple of times. But yeah, my tv isn't HD. We don't get that "red ring" crap. Since the games are blue ray they are almost impossible to scratch. Sorry to comtributing to the ps3 v. 360 debate even thought its off topic for this thread.

bottom line is about PSN, is that the presentation isnt as good as Xbl, and psn has alot of catching up to do.  It is free, but it doesnt have anything worth paying for.  Forza is amazing, gt5 is also.  And as far as games go.. ps3 has 2 good ones.. uncharted, and GT..

And about 80% of people's Tvs dont have what it takes to get the full bluray experience.

the overall presentation is better.  And Microsoft is really close with the community.  Its really hard to pick it apart, and compare.  but the psn just doesnt have the backbone like Xbl does.  Ill say that the psn is for people who play games every now and than.  And Xbl is for the hardcore players...and the addicts.. like myself!

i will give the PSn one thing the Internet Explorer thats a definite plus!

Side note- unlike past COD I have no problems w/ any of these maps that are already on here. IMO they set up the game well that I rarely find myself voting to skip a level....that's me though

I never vote. I can play all the levels.
I am not sure why ppl vote, if you play well all the maps can be fun.

Damn! My task now is trying to dodge kickin it w/ the lady so I can login some time on the sticks tonight.....I told her to go hang out w/ her friends but I might have to be more honest and say New COD maps came out tonight so I'm gonna play some COD all night LOL!

What I found that works is I take turns each round w/ my bro. When it's not my turn I'll kick it w/ her for the 10 min. but that only last for so long....

psh, we played the new one too!! i hopped off the mw2 wagon though, jobs been taking over but im happy to have it do so.  Ill come back around one of these days, right now im playing through my old zeldas cause i got this nostalgic hair up my ass i gotta clip.


sniping in mw2 is BULLSH*T,  no m40?? are you fing kidding me??  and dont even get me started about how lame the thermal scope is...

the WA2000 (wazoo i call it) and the famas are the only reasons i still hop on every blue moon.

I am on Bad company 2 alot though, my roomie has it on ps3 and that shit has won me over completely, its like all the best things about mw and bc combined.  Not once have i ever called BS on a kill in that game, which is a daily occurence on mw. :shrug:
