Not sure you people have seen my latest wheels (pics - not VIP)

I rocked some 21" D2FORGED for a minute at the beginning of the year... and I made a change back around February or March. Went back to 20" because I like the way they look on the 2GS, and the 21" sizing of this wheel line had not yet been developed. This is a new three-piece forged wheel line called INDIVID (the slogan is "INDIVIDualize..."). They offer 20", 21", and 22" diameters in five styles.

I could not decide on a style, so I did the "THEORY" mesh on one side and the "LOGIC" 10-spoke on the other. I'm a chrome lip sort of guy, and I always like the way a classic brushed finish looks on the centers - I did a "Technical Brushed" finish, which features polished 'windows' and a brushed face. I also did charcoal powder coated inner rims to finish the look. The center caps are billet aluminum, engraved with the INDIVID logo and brushed to match the wheel centers.

Specs are:
20x9.5 2.5" lip, Toyo Proxes 4 255/30-20
20x11.5 4.0" lip, Toyo Proxes 4 295/25-20
No rubbing anywhere, ever. I like the look of wide tires on even w-i-d-e-r wheels...

For those that haven't seen this car before, it has a fair amount of work done to it, including a customized Explosion Japan kit, custom hood, fenders, three-tone PPG paint, StopTech brakes, etc. This car used to be a daily driver for me, but I barely drive it these days. It rolls at this height on H&R coilovers; I modified the rears to get the back of the car this low.

The boys at D2 Autosport will be handling the INDIVID line, by the way.

On with the pics!

I've never claimed that the car is VIP, but I thought the stance and offsets warranted a thread here on VSC!

Great combination, the car works with the colour, and the colour works well with both sets of wheels! Good pick!

What do those hood vents look like? Curious to see a better look. I did some also and always like to see what other people have done custom wise.

I typed out a nice reply and hit some random button on my Mac, closing the damn browser.

These were intended to be functional intakes for a twin turbo system (it's a V8) I never got around to. The holes are slightly oblong, and have angled sections welded on underneath to give them depth and a finished look.
The placement was dictated by:
- Decent area to bring in cool air, local to the turbos
- Not over the engine; with over-engine vents, the engine gets wet when it rains or when you wash the car.
- I did not want to cut the hood under supports

An overall look:

I'll see if I can find a detail shot. Also, it's hard to see, but the center of the roof is black with blue flake.
