24" imac for sale....w/ software

i am selling  24 inch imac... only had it since nov 08 and has all adobe software (photoshop, illustrator, indesign, flash, etc) also, has office (work, exel, powerpoint, etc)

asking $1450 includes software.
 
retail was $1700 (i have receipt)
plus all software installed is worth 3,000+
