so i got me a alignment today ..here are the results
The camber in the rear is damn near 3 degrees lol i am thinking about picking up the exact rear camber kit. the toe is a bit out on the rear alot. im hoping that the exact camber kit will correct most of it. any opinions or suggestions on this? someone suggested modding the factory camber adjustments but i dont know

Numbers seem low, needs more  hahaha
If thats the best they could do with your stock equipment, do like you said and go aftermarket, just dont cheap out on ebay stuff, get quality, its usually beefier than stock anyways and gives you tons of adjustment.

that would be negative camber...not positive.

How are you going through so many tyres??????
3 degrees is barely visible camber, and should not cause that bad wear unless your toe was way out as well (which it doesnt seem to be)
Camber is one of the unique aspects of the vip stance; if you cancel it all out you will just have another typical lowered car with wide rims.
I was running 6.5 degrees of camber and i managed to get almost 8000miles from my tires, with almost zero toe and regular alignments

you shouldve been able to get the rear toe within spec... i was able to get this GS's rear toe in spec, and the rear camber was maxed out at about -3.0 at ride height... think you need to take it to another alignment shop.

At this height I have -3.6ish all around and I get 10-12k out of my tires as long as I flip them when necessary. With the SS kits my toe is in factory spec all around.

well im trying to sell the suspension for a airrunner decade kit. i got a guy local who quoted me 3400 installed for that kit so :). Airforce is ok but i want full air. as far as going through so many sets i really have no clue. i wear out the inside so much. I drive my car everywhere litterally and everyday. And i went to go get that firestone lifetime alignment. and so far its paid for itself in about 3 days already hah. i just want my toe back in and the camber corrected a little more.
i think im going to pick up the exact rear camber kit. what you guys think?

if u dont mind -3/-3.5 camber, u can get your toe set to OEM spec quite easily.
0-ish toe is the best i could get with my camber settings

TOE IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN CAMBER!
Just thought i'd put that up in big letters so you dont miss it. You can have zero camber and whack toe and you will still chew through tires. But you can have whack camber and zero toe and it will wear much better
So get the toe arm kit ASAP. Get your toe to factory spec and leave the fat vip camber you got at the moment.

indeed. with -7* rears and oem rear toe (slightly toe in) i got almost 10k out of a pair of federals. make sure the toe is good and you'll be fine

LoL its funny seeing people in Hondas etc say "OMG how often do you go through tires? I had 2.5 degrees of camber and i went through a set of tyres in 2 months!"
Me: "Stop looking at camber and notice how much TOE you are running - thats what killed your tyres!"

Time to look for another firestone with an in ground rack. Not many firestones here have one :(. You guys should heard this one manager from the 1st firstone I went to. He said we can do your alignment while it's aired up and it won't affect your toe or camber once it's back down lol. I was thinking to myself ummmmmmm okkkkie. I just told him to give me my keys and I'm leaving!

here you go man. this is after ride height adjustment too. from the 1st results on the 1st page the camber is worse on this one lol. i dropped it more in the rear, now the rim is at the fender in the rear and that is how i drive in the rear. in the front the fender is right above the tire just enough for the tire to clear. the toe does look a little better. but they couldnt do to much because of my rear panel was hit a while back on the passenger side. i got it replaced and since it was replaced it sits closer to the rim then the other side does. that is why you seen the passenger side all differ from the driver side.
i might see if i can get that side pulled though what you guys think?

if ur worried about camber... spend another $100 buck for the spc kit to add +1 so youll end up with at least 2-3 neg camber lol but RCA will fix it without a doubt, but with SPC u gonna have to drill the lca hole a bit bigger so u cant go back to stock bolts later lol

Dont fix the camber. It makes the car.
Drive less (get a beater), or find harder compound tires. If you are driving so much, you should sit down and see how much you are spending on gas, compared to tires... will make the tires seem less expenisve

Sounds like you got into this game because you want a comfortable, practical car :(
Screw tire noise; my fronts howl like a banshee on the highway but i just turn the stereo up.
Get the cheapest, hardest compound tire you can and your tire spending will reduce dramatically.
For example, a 400 treadwear tire will last twice as long as a 200 treadwear tire. Thats an exaggeration of course, but many performance tires are only 280 treadwear (better grip).
I just found Achilles ATR Sports have a 400 treadwear rating on their 225/35/19s so i will be going with them next
But it kinda sounds like the only solution that will suit you is to get some higher offset wheels, get those camber arms to bring it back to zero camber with those quiet tires you like :)

that's it? i'm running way more camber (-4* f/ -7* r) and i got somewhere around 9k miles with a flip in between (federal ss595, btw, which i think has a 280 treadwear rating). it might be because i'm running fully adjustable arms, so i can get my toe set correctly.
