Deep frying 3 turkeys , So far with last year and year prior 9 turkeys under the belt =) Watch out !!

^^ haha if there was a turkey there I would have cooked it mang The secret i do is cook it at a lower temp like 300 and add an additional 15-20 mins longer it says 3 min a lb and add 5 mins to the total cooking time. I cook mine hella longer but its safer ,

Fried turkey is delicious! I convinced my mom to smoke a turkey next year...maybe. That will be interesting to compare which is better.
