I THINK MOog is ok, I think I remember a lot of 240 guys running them...
I remember seeing on ebay LBJ's (I know you don't need them) for like 50 bucks...with a lifetime warranty on the parts.
I know you said you have a tracking/vibration issue...how did you find out it's your inner tie rods?
http://www.clublexus.com/forums/suspension-and-brakes/455901-front-suspension-fixes-and-facts.html
This could be another issue...just a heads up.
I'm going to try this first, and if it doesn't work, move on to tie rods/lbj's (again...)
I think severe lowering of the car is what tore up the bushings...especially since I only noticed the vibrations/wobbling/tracking once I raised the car back with the stock shocks/springs.

I can't speak for the GS guys, but I changed every arm on my ride except for RLCA and I feel good about every part on it. OEM doesn't give the same adjustability to me. Plus they're beefier than stock too ^_^

MOOG is really good stuff. have been using them for years on my vehicles. If you do a search on MOOG, youll see tons of good reviews. theyre much beefier, if not, at least the same quality/durability of oem, but still usually beefier. am currently using their BJ, swaybar endlinks, outter tie rod ends, and LCA bushings. but recently, the 411 is that raybestos/spicer has come up a lot, and may be better than MOOG.
goodluck

my opinion on replacing parts on a slammed car with oem suspension parts when aftermarket is available. is almost a waste. oem stuff isnt made for the type of mods done to the suspension, especially if its slammed.
