Doh, I had an accident!

So I had a little "incident" last night in the Strand underpass tunnel in London.

It was greasy last night and I was probably going a little fast for the conditions when the boost kicked in...fishtailed a little bit, and in hindsight (Apart from not going to quick), I was lucky i got it mostly under control to only cause "light" damage...its a narrow tunnel, so a more violent fishtail could've easily spun me around in there and written off the car.

Basically all wheels are damaged. One dish is completely mashed, but i'm going to order a replacement one from [URL="http://www.titanium-touch.de/"]http://www.titanium-touch.de[/URL] which is a damn sight cheaper than buying a replacement wheel from Garson (£1000 for 1!) , there is a slight dink in the other three wheels, but that is removeable/repairable.

The Vertex bumper has held up fantastically from the impact into a concrete wall, a little bit of fibreglass and filler along with a respray will sort that out. The wing isn't too bad either with the majority of it keeping its shape, probably requiring the dent bashed out, and again, a respray...

So its going back to Streetoptions this week and I'm cancelling all photoshoots til next year!

Looks like it'll be a quick fix...are you going to respray the whole car? I know that paint will be hard to blend and not look like a match without a complete respray...

I don't think it needs to be resprayed. Although its a "funky" colour, its not too crazy on the pearls and its a black base colour, so won't need too much work to make it look ok :)
