Y33 offset and rim fitment?

I'm trying get some rims for my y33 and came across some rays victrix 18x11j all the way around with +11 and +17 offset. I'm wondering if they would fit, will it clear, I'm i going to need my fenders rolled and pulled or some spacers to make it flush? i would appreciate the help. thanks.

lots of these types of threads lately....excuse me for being old school, but the VIP adage has always been you buy rims you love and then make the car fit them

and so you can do some home work...

IF you know your current offsets you can use that and figure out just how much room you will need.

that back should fit fine with minor work, the fronts however might need a little more.
