found this on CL and been in love with it, this is the perfect exhaust im looking for, looks to be a axel back,,but have no clue who makes it or anything,if any has a idea that be awesome, im just looking for something like it.

those are from japan. many different companies make that style over there.

well i figured that, im just looking for a name or web site if some one can point me in the right direction

Scratch that.

jasma is not actually a brand. It is literally a stamp of approval that says the muffler complies with Japanese noise pollution standards (104dB from memory). 
 
Jasma stands for Japanese Automotive Sports Muffler Association. You will find a lot of big name labels badged with JASMA placards.
 
 
looks like Aimgain T-series to me.

Well, as stated its a generic muffler made by heaps of different Japanese exhaust manufacturers. But since you want a particular name, Junction Produce does one variant of this:

Fav exhaust of all time right there. good work Dom. reckon its those over the aimgains due to the upswept angle on the tips.
