03-04 M45 HID Relay

Hello, 

I want to purchase a HID fog lamp kit for my 04 M45, my questions is it necessary to purchase the battery relay or is it fine to run them without it? I goggled it, but I did not find any definitive answers.

no ..i did mine just plug and play ..

plug and pay is ok but sometimes ground is an issue so try to ground with an O ring to chassis it would safe you alot of trouble !

most HID kits are plug and play.

i got the new slim des HID.. mounted them on the same bolt as my fogs ..i have no issues at all and i went tru all four seasons ..+ three ice storms ..
 
Keep is up ..with a heavy duty zip tie if you have too
