HELP!! 1991 previa suspension questions..

I was looking at a picture of a coilover kit that someone was selling on ebay and it says that it is for a 1991-1998 toyota previa TCR10 but the rear shocks looks different then mine. the struts on ebay has both sides with a long stud from the struts and 2 bushings and a nut, and mind has only the bottom like that and the top is a hole on the strut and slides in the frame.. hard to explain but i think the Previa guys will know what i mean. pls. school me on this. i'm alittle confuse. i just order the Teins basic coilover kit and just don't want to order the wrong one.

ugh I am a little confused what you just said. But this is what your setup should look like unless you have AWD.

Ok so you're talking about the rear shock absorbers right? Those will not fit your van but you can  still use the front struts. You will just need to buy the correct rear shocks. Let me know if you need any further help.

 sukoshiyoshi . He has the Tein coil overs that i took out after I bagged his egg. its was in awsome shape. I think he is stil trying to sell it

Actually I was able to find a new home for my TEIN Super Wagon Coil-Overs.............but thanks for looking out for me man.  Thanks again for working on the Egg.........everything is working smoothly.

Back on topic...........there is a whole lot of great selection out there for the Egg.  Just keep looking, also if Air has ever crossed your mind......just save yourself some money and go straight air.  Unless you are planning to do a Coil-Over/Air set up like myself and Shawnthemonster.  But I ended up wasting a lot of money because I went Coil-Over had to sell (For a big loss) to get air/coil-over set up.  It is all about doing it right the first time around, that way you don't end of wasting time and money.  Good luck with what ever choice you decide to go.  But I must say it is always nice to have an "option" as whether you want to scrape or not......or in the case of our Eggs hole in the oil pan or not.

i went bold world, and now im going coil/air setup. do what you want the first time,and do it right

right.. the picture in the link i posted i know that one won't fit and the one in the picture you posted will fit. i know, my question is why is it different? is it the year of the egg or what? 
 
thanks for all the reply guys. i'm slowly gathering parts for my egg and thought about going air but decided not to because it's going to be my DD and my baby travels with me daily. also, the roads here in chicago are S%!T!!

It's different because the pic you posted is for the estima with independent rear suspension.  It was never available in the US.

then why was Alan selling it and it was used on his egg. Does he have independent suspension? that's what i was confused about. sorry for all these nob questions

allan was just using the front coilovers and the rear springs which was a little bit bigger diameter compare to the stock ones. and he sold those already .
