Plane just hit NYC building

Not sure if its a terrorist attack but it happened 1 month after the 5th anniversary of the tragedy.

NEW YORK - A small plane crashed into a 50-story condominium tower Wednesday on Manhattan's Upper East Side, raining flaming debris onto the sidewalks below and rattling New Yorkers' nerves five years after the Sept. 11 attack. Police said at least two people were killed.

Fire was out in less than 40 minute and WAS NOT terrorist act. That area has regular air traffic, normally helicopter.

i hear the pitcher of the yankees was in it. what was the cause though? newbie pilot?
