Help to install oem spoiler on y33

I got my spoiler finally paint now i need to install my oem spoiler. Does anybody know how to install perfect with measurements on those bolts before i drill holes,?Thanks:shrug:

It'd probably help if you said whether you have a zenki or kouki trunk and wing

Well it's the yr2000 stock oem spoiler! Which Zenki and kouki?
