S14 H&R lowering springs

I have these sitting in my garage, need to get rid of them, I've seen some people run these on Y33's so that's why I post them here. Asking $90 plus shipping OBO

Does the S14 springs fit perfectly in the Y33 suspension/shocks? Or you would have to modify the whole front suspension to the S14's.

i hear they lower them further than a normal spring would thats made for a y33

will they fit fit on OEM stock q45 y33 front and back struts and shocks?

as far as I know yes, but have never tried it myself
