Potential ls400 owner

So I have a 99 gs currently, you can check my build thread for pics, but IVe always had a soft spot for The LS a guy wants to trade me for my GS plus 3000 on top.
I keep my scaras. His ls is a 98has 233k miles and is black on black. It need a new door handle and the LCD on the radio isn't working and it needs one upper control arm bushings. And It has been repainted.
My car however is a 99 has 120k miles and has aftermarket HIDs Megan coils blitz exhaust a kaaz grille. Just wondering if this is even close to a good deal? Please give me your input guys, I'm not too familiar with the LS as I am with the GS and IS

id love to build a ucf20 but youre car is still relatively low miles, where as his is getting pretty high + you have the headache of getting the car into perfect condition before you even start modding.  your scaras also might not fit how you want them to on the ls, thus making the fact that you keep the scaras irrelevant (Besides resale value)

its not that bad of a trade though. but i wouldnt make that ls a daily driver. i have about the same specs on mine, and its just a town car

it would be my daily though and I commute once a week from palm beach to Orlando for classes

i went to the dealership looking at a 00 gs300 blk on blk. i saw the ls400 blk on blk and picked both up.. see if u can get the ls dirt cheap. under 5k
