First i had curtains before i had tint so I have y33 and its black and leather interior right! Its Vegas, summertimes comes. I couldnt take the heat anymore, having a black car.I went and done the tint to keep out the freakin heat out.Beside that, keeping your interoir from cracking or fading.Mines is tinted all around 30% front and 20%all the way.

Is it white? Do you go to UNLV? Jw, because if so I might have seen you. Also, where did you get it tinted at? Did the shop have a problem with tinting the windows with the curtain tracks there?

i believe that curtains w/o tint looks better, although tint would probably help a lot with keeping the curtains from fading.

have u looked into ceramic tint. Its what i'm gonna put on da next project. You can get it in light tint (even clear) and it is far better at keeping the heat out then that limo tint. Ask your tint man about it. That way you can have curtains with tint.

Thus far the consensus seems to be curtains w/o tint, but I was also wondering, does anyone have any experience with JP curtains fading?

I would go curtains with a light tint. So that way you can still see the curtains but it wont be on blast. I like the suddle look with the light tint and curtains. Its also a plus saving your interior from fading and keeps your arms from getting beaten by the sun. I hate having one tan arm!

check this out

" ...Huper Optik Ceramic, V-Kool 70%, Solargard Ultra Performance 75% and now 3M Crystalline 70% which are the 4 best Infra-Red (IR)heat rejecting films out on the market. These new products now offer a clear solution to reducing the heat without having that dark tinted look. Imagine reducing 50% of the heat and having an SPF1700 barrier between you and the sun everytime you drive your car."

Tint + curtains makes you completely invisible in the back, so if you're up to something, tint + curtains FTW. But they look really good on non-tinted windows, and so far, your poll is pretty much 50/50.
