question about work euroline DH's

im a fan of these wheels... when i see them for sale, i almost always love to see pictures of them... but some look different than others... some, the hole opennings look more rounded, and others look more squared off... does anyone know why this is?

and of all that ive seen, its only the 18's that are like this... or am i just trippin? the ones that are more squared look better to me... anyone got some insight?

I believe the rounded openings are 3 piece and the squared openings are 2 piece. And no, it's not limited to only 18's.

there's different euroline models...there's the DH, DZ's and FS'...subtle difference between dz and dh...FS have thinner spokes...

I get what you're saying.  They are all DHs, and even in same size they have some that have more rounded spokes than others.    My assumption (which very well could be wrong), is that late editions of the DH are more squared off spokes.  When Ive looked at the years made, I find the earlier ones are rounded while the later ones are squared more, so that is how I came to that conclusion.  But yea, the DHs do vary Ive found.  As far as multi-piece, I had a set of the older DHs (rounded spokes) and they looked to be a 2-piece welded like the current ones so Im not sure on that.

that could be true but all the DH's i've had have all been exactly the same...i've gone through 3 sets...The DZ's look like they have more of a sharper edge...

Difference between DH's and DZ's is that DZ's have a flat face and DH's have a very slightly convex face.
