AFS Blinking and a few other lighting issues

I've been running into a little problem as of late and hoped someone here could shed some light on the situation. I have an 08 M45 with the xenon headlamps but was unsatisfied with the color output. so i ordered some 6000K bulbs and had them installed. long story short i loved them but one of the bulbs blew out after about 5 months! i got a new set and all but had to use my factory bulb while i shipped the defective ones back. When the old bulbs were reinstalled i started to get the "AFS Off" light blinking in the instrument panel. it would blink and i noticed my driver side headlamp was not projecting the beam straight. anyhow i also had an issue with the old bulbs (6000k bulbs) in the other headlamp(passenger side)- from time to time the bulb would not turn on and i would have to turn off my lights and turn them back on and then the bulb would "warm up". Now i got my replacement 6000k's and had them installed along with 6000k led fogs (sick look to it all) but the issues remain. the afs still blinks although the beams are now both pointing straight and now the driver side bulb has trouble coming on at times! WTF?!Forum image Bad bulbs again? Bad ballast? bad afs assembly? THOUGHTS?
