Tire size?

Scooped up a deal on some 3 piece wheels, and need to buy tires.

18x8 18x9, what size tire?

I was thinking a 215 Front, 225 Rear to get a decent stretch.

As for sidewall height, I was thinking a 40 for comfort, but a 30/35 if I need to tuck. I hate the way ultra low profile tires ride.
