I've been on this forum for about 2 years. Rarely posted because I wanted to read up on other poster's rides' and such. Finally, finally bought a VIP Platformed car. I picked up an Infiniti Q45 Anniversary Edition 2 days ago. And super psyched about it haha. I will post pics soon. Right now it is bone stock. Very clean car. Pictures will be up tomorrow!

Now on to the noobie question: What is the main purpose/duty of spacers?

Welcome and nice pick up!! I always wanted a Q45. Spacers are only if you want your rims to stick out more or to fit if the offset isn't correct...

Ya spacers make up for not so optimal offsets to acheive whatever stance you're going for or to clear BBK.

sweet another Y33! What are your plans for it?

First things first. I want to get rid of the US OEM headlights because they don't really sit to well with me. I want to get the JDM ones. I just want to get some good springs and nice wheels. I've been digging the Leon Hardritt Ordens and the Work Euroline DH for quite some time.... After that replace the radio with a double din. and then I'll be happy for a good while.
