noob from houston tx.....ls400

Whats up guys! Been looking for a while but have signed up since didnt have anything to talk about.....finally after looking at a few beat up ls400s i finally found the one i was looking for. Heres a few pics to start, paid $2800 total, tt&l and all. Everything works, everything is complete right down to original first aide kit with everything in it and lexus tools. Think the only thing missing is 2 center caps for the wheels. Any one with inputs for starting points ill be happy to hear. 
 
plans: bag it, exhaust system, wheels......and pretty much the basics for now!

Sounds like you know what to do already. You should supercharge that ls400 later down the road!! :) Just a thought since you already love building fast cars!!

what part of Houston u from? i miss Houston i got family over in North Houston so i go there once in a while..

Lol oh ive been looking at what i want to do to the motor....a supercharger is mostlikely what ill do though. Not to fond of how the motor looks with a turbocharger nor fond of the rear mount turbo kits. If anything ill be using the m90 charger with a few other things to liven up the motor. 


I stay in north houston. 45n and beltway 8 area.. any time you in houston get at me.

Lol wish i could post slip for the hatch...due to divorce i parted it out to make sure she didnt get any of it during court...never made it to the track with it. I worked on the car for about 3 years, put every extra dollar and believe me it was very hard to part with. Now the car is in georgia. Just started building a eg coupe and will be going all motor with it......after said and done ill be expecting high 10 sec passes

damn that sucks...
i had a boosted single cam eg/ej coupe.. wasnt fast but was fun while it lasted lol..
a 10 second all motor in an eg coupe is a challenge.. what motor u running?

Ill be running the g23 motor (f23 block, h22 head) with b series tranny. Ill be running a ppg straight cut geat set. It will be more of a street\race car set up...less street car then anything though since ill be running full glass and a 3 piece front end which is still considered street class.
