Does anybody here work at the bank?

Does anybody here work at the bank, preferably Chase? I get these bank statements to notify me of how much I have in my account. Each time I get these, I have to shred them b/c of the acct numbers that are printed. 

My question is if it is possible to retrieve private information from those bar codes that are printed on the statement.    Why are there bar codes on them anyway? :shrug:

why not just go paperless if you always shred them?

I kind of like getting a statement mailed to me.

you can get your statements online instead of wasting paper.
but then again you have to worry about online identity theft.

Yes for Chase, 6+ years....chase electronically transmitts everything via scanning which explains the bar codes. You should do online banking with paperless statements enrollment. Online keeps statements history for seven years...

Ummm....sure, done! So when you next bill comes in just disregard it and ignore the past due notices as well as the system automatically generates those. Lol

Shhh, people dont know this but, you really dont have to repay credit card debt, thats because at the current rate of spending and the increasing of the national deficit, our money isnt even worth the paper its printed on. Think about it, the federal gov is broke, fdic is bankrupt, no future ssi for you and your family, still at war (never gonna end), large companies failing, less then 10% of us pop. are in the top credit bracket, therefore banks will/are lending less, interest rates are low and inflation is high (furthermore banks are making a killing).

Actually all of the real wealth is based off of electronic derivitives, therefore your own very life is more collateral based.

 The whole system is now based on people working to acheive an impossible task "Dantes Inferno" my friend!

Just something for peeps to think about....

BTW quoted person, Credit Depts and Retail Banking are seperate entities. and couldnt you find a less catchy handle, something bit more original? Not baggin on ya but, peeps are comin out wit some silly (vip-based) names these days.

No no, no need to apologize, no worries. To each their own right? We all have our own reasons for our choices.
 
My handle was based on the idea or knowledge that the LS430 was/is ONE of the top tier ViP platforms or also regarded as the KING of Vip cars to own, aside from the Infinities/Nissan large body platform cars too.
 
So with that being said, and the fact that my previous Vip car was an 04 blk on blk UL LS430, the handle and my plate was VIP KING.
