Fronts: 19x9 +30 offset - medium disk. I'm trying to figure out if a 10mm spacer will be enough to clear my brakes. The wheels are 1200 miles away so no test fit for me. Any thoughts?

No spacers will only rub the calipers a couple of hairs.

I am confused on disks. A mid disk means its not bowed out ward or concaved just standard, and low disk means its concaved? and how does this affect offset? Like mid disk 0 offset means its a true 0 offset. and low disk would be 0 minus some? or is none of this the case?
Disk type mostly pertains to brake caliper clearance. Hi-disk clears BBK, Mid-disk will be very close either way, lo-disk and super lo-disk will require spacers. I don't know that these have much effect on offset. They do however effect lip size.
this is a tricky question.. Because when I ordered my Leon's all they offer is a low and a standard disk.. so I am running standard in the front.. I would recommend having whoever has the wheels to take a piece of cardboard and place it on the back of the wheel and measure the distance.. and then of course measure yours
I'm guessing you don't have to run spacers up front. If this is the case the manufacturer must design their wheels so that their standard disk clears most BBK.

leon orden used to make high disk a few years back. not anymore, but that wheel standard disk clear ls400 bbk
