fog lights not working with hids, ucf10

I got a 92 Lexus LS400 &i bought a pair of HIDz from DDM.12k 55w Ballast.when i installed the HIDz and turned it ON my foglights didnt turn on.So I uninstalled the HIDz and put back the reg. bulbs and switched it ON and my foglights came on with the reg. bulbs...what do you think??
