[COLOR=DimGray]After speaking with a couple guys we decided on having our own meet next Thursday night. This gives us time to coordinate and also give more time for people who are showing for WekFest as we all know is coming up this Sunday. Not sure if we are going to make this meet consistent but we will figure that out after the first meet. :biggthumpup:

Please let us know if you guys have any locations in mind! Also please let me know if you are interested in coming so that I can post up a roll call as well.[/COLOR]

well the ones im refering to are the vietnames coffee shops. what do you mean by will the owners be okay with it? what will the meet consist of that the owner would disapprove of? ive held meets at miss, hotspot and both chot nho without problems. is this to chill and get to know each other type of meet or standing around our cars type thing like at McCarthy

this event is going to be a typical car meet (yes, like McCarthy but with VIPStylecar's members).. check out other peoples ride, chat, meet people, etc.

the reason why i asked if the owners are ok with the meet is because a lot of owners have problems with random people standing around there lot taking up other potential customer's parking spot. only reason i ask..

also, ive been too hotspot and dont think the parking lot is big enough for us to park together, and for miss i wouldnt want to drive around alum rock for the roads really suck.

and the 8th gen Civic meets on Thursdays used to be off Capital Expwy but they moved over to the Starbucks off Silver Creek Valley...

There's Wingstop and Starbucks in the same plaza of E. Calavaras. 
Much more cleaner than Tully.

Theres a starbucks, wingstops, and bunch of other stores in the Curtner plaza where the new bestbuy is (Curtner and Monterey) they have really big parking also

niceeee!! john, youve been MIA, will be good for some of the newer board members to meet the creator.  we can discuss the plans i have for my car as well.  i dont care where we park as long as the speed bumps are avoidable and the driveway is easy to get up.

the speedbumps in that lot arnt that bad either way but its always better to avoid them regardless.

I think if we did this once a month at the same location it won't be as bad. We just have to do it earlier. 830-1030 would probably be better. It's during business hours, I think thats why the cops didn't say anything until 11pm.
