Favorite 19" wheel X step lip barrels = 20"?

I've always been a sucker for step lip rims and I've noticed that almost all of my Favorite wheels aren't offered in 20".  I already have my Weds LXZ and I don't plan on changing them anytime soon but I was curious to know if you could take the Face of a 19" Rim (Meister or Equips) and get custom barrels and lips and make your own 20" Rim.  What are your thoughts, comments, concerns?

Pretty sure that's how it's done.

You can with some wheels but not all.  The mounting part of the face on some wheels varies from stepped lips and reverse lips

some 3pc wheel companies may be able to help you out?
