shop car dilemma..S600 or A8?

Ok, So I am Looking for a new shop car to promote the business and I have mainly done sports cars, porsches, rx-7s, supras etc.  But now looking for a luxury car as I have been selling for luxury cars as of lately and I have been trolling these pages for some time now.
 
I will be personally using this shop car and I have always liked the look of the 2005 Audi A8. 
 
I thought I would come on here since im new to the air ride, Im used to the rock hard suspension setup for sports cars. 
 
I have been looking for a company that sells the air ride kit for the A8 but can't seem to find a company.
 
Any help would be great from you guys.  And yes I have searched I think I went through about 18 pages on here and nothing on the Audi.

Do some research on both cars manufacturer forums.  You won't find any info on here since this is mainly a Japanese car site.  They both come with air ride from the factory.  Both cars are sick but both come with costly issues.  Good luck with what ever you do

the new look of the A8 is amazing. but the s600 is amazing aswell ... cant help ya there ;(

I have tried searching but nothing yet.  Im sure something will turn up.  I have big plans for which ever car I pick.  I think I will end up with the A8.  May not have the V12, but the interior is far better than the S600 I believe.  The Benze is soo drab and boring but the curves are nice.

i have owned both mercedes and audi. i can vouch for the mercedes exterior but thier seat comfort and ride quality is surpassed by audi. the new A8 is where its at. if you can try and find the black one with amaretto interior. and make sure you get the rear comfort package. you will kick yourself rather hard if you dont. im on my second A8 due to the fact my first one got flooded. but the two mercs i had were E320 and ML430. ive driven the s classes and they are about the same unless you get the brand new cls or s600 biturbo. hope that helps.

Well I made my mind up.  As I have been looking on my auction site that I am a member of and I will hopefully be buying an A8 Black on back with the rear comfort package, it has all the bells and whistles.  Its a bank rebo that Audi has entered into the auction.  It looks mint and has no leans and a clean carfax. So I will keep you guys posted!

oh and i found a module that plugs into the stock unit that allows you to lower the car using stock air ride and lowers it 50mm preset is 30mm on the unit.

I was the same way, the s600 or A8, the best thing to do.. Drive both of them. I liked the Benz lot, and Liked the A8 alot, both can be lowered with their airride. Both are sick cars... i just felt too flashy when i drove the Benz, i like how understated the A8l can be. But in the End i went with the audi a8l since ive owned 3 audis in the past.

s600 biturbo v12 > a8

ecu tune ~ only $2k and takes it from 500hp to 625 hp
lowering links ~ $300, or $100 to make your own

and the s has hydraulic 'abc' suspension, not air

i would get the benz purely for the aftermarket support since its a shop car

brabus, carlsson, renntech, kleemann, wald, (off the top of my head) and a bunch of other companies make parts for the s.

The thing about a shop car is its not supposed to be easy to tune.  Im looking for a challenge, need something to show off the talents of the shop.  So I have chosen to go with the 05 A8L and I should know by monday if i get it.  
 
Also about tuning, I have found my only hump and it was lowering it with stock suspension and could not be happier i found the setup. 
 
Engine and exhaust ecu tuning thats right up my alley.

Well after consideration, and research.  I have ordered and desided to go with the Renntech lowering module for the Audi it allows me to drop it 2" and it also comes with a remote not like the original one i posted.  It has been ordered.  Now i just need the Audi here lol. 
 
Just looking for a nice looking set of monoblock wheels, 
 
Also deciding if I want to do the face lift to the new style 06+.  I have found a local company that sells the complete kit bumper, grill etc.

out of the 2, do the a8, but over both of them, id rather see a cls done correctly.

lowering links are applicable to the d3 chassis also, if i'm not mistaken. one of the ways to slam it is to run a lowering module, then add lowering links to it also.

if you were planning on getting a w220, a few shops make coilover suspension that replaces the abc, allowing you to slam like you would on any other car.

i have s s550 n i can by pass the factory air suspensin to make it slam to .i had after market airbag on it but didnt lik it ..i got the aftermarket airbag for sell if anyone is intrest in it.
