Noob from Seattle, WA

I have a Gen1 RA1 1995 Honda Odyssey. Bought it for family reasons. I am sort of hooked now. I see lots of good Ody's in here and hope to aspire to obtain the same greatness.

Plans are coilovers, H22 and some other luxo items.

The only bummer is that in order to start throwing parts on the van, you have to pay shipping from Japan or in a futile effort try to find them locally within the US.

Welcome to the boards. I'm amazed at how clean the engine bay is for a 15 year old van haha

I look forward to see if this gets some good clean treatments. Knowing its for family purposes.

Thanks guys. It's a cool van to drive. We were going to get a 2nd Gen, then we learned that there is a 30% failure rate in transmissions. Even the 3rd Gen has tranny issues.

Even my wife agreed (who contests me putting $ into cars) that the van needs more power. After the coils and a good drop, I will possibly perform a write up for the Ody.

Another update today with H&R's. I also ordered some bags for the rear for towing. I plan on towing my miata with the van.
