I actually like the black hood, it breaks up what would otherwise be just a plain US style vip car (dont get me wrong, it looks good, but sometimes you gotta break the mold instead of all just doing wheels, suspension, kit)
 
First thing i thought was "damn, that looks like its straight from Japan". Its a tuner style mod done to a big slammed vip car, which is exactly what the Japanese are doing with all their show cars. I say keep it black, or do a CF wrap on it (and the trunk)

Looks nice man.  So does the GS, just get those wheels in those fenders and it will look way better

I'm working on getting the wheels to fit I know, I know they poke out. I'll keep everyone updated on the car. Can't just go with a fender pull and not add on while in the shop :biggthumpup:

yea car runs super strong. kept up with all maintenance, but when the car was wrecked n waiting for parts, a rat chewed through my knock sensor wire =[ so im going to do that tonight since im trying to get it registered in tx. 
 
just shaved more of what you already did to make the wheels fit paper thin clearance =] 
 
and the hood isnt black, its green lol. i didnt do it on purpose. silver Q's are rare. i have some more goodies going into it heheh ill keep updated.

I'm actually REALLY digging the black hood. Needs to go ahead and do trunk and roof to match and I think it would be hot as fuck.

What suspension is Q running?

LOL i agree with everyone else. Make the hood black since it is green and match the roof and trunk!! Ish looks sick!! What are the specs on the wheels for the Q?

wheels are -2 & -12 offset.

Naw, interior is done, but suspension and wheel centers are sitting in closet.  Waiting on custom lips/barrels/bolts from Europe and have spent all my time getting the girls Audi bagged and her stereo done.

like everyone else i say stay with the black/green hood and do some other stuff to match.... be different. otherwise it will look like 90% of the other "vip" rides on this forum, booooooring.

The hood painted silver along the hood line with the centre portion left the colour it is plus the roof and trunk to match = WIN
 
Both very nice cars regardless.

I think it takes a while to get used to, and then start liking the sporty style of vip. I didnt like it at first either... But its been popular in Japan for a couple of years now so its time the rest of the world got in on it. 

I just like to see innovation; new ideas and stuff that makes you go "wow, thats different".
